Copyright Overview

At Podequit, we are dedicated to safeguarding creators' rights and expect the same diligence from our community. Our Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and Copyright Policy detail the procedures for managing copyright infringement complaints in compliance with relevant laws.

Intellectual Property

All material on the Podequit platform, including text, visuals, trademarks, and other content, is the property of Podequit or utilized with proper permissions. Unauthorized copying, altering, or sharing of this content is forbidden. All non-explicitly granted rights are reserved.

Reporting Infringement

If you suspect that your copyrighted material has been copied or used without permission, reach out to us with a comprehensive report. Your submission should include details about the work, its location on our platform, your contact details, and a sworn statement affirming your belief that the usage is unauthorized.

Response to Notices

Podequit processes all legitimate DMCA notices and will act in alignment with specified procedures, which could involve removing or restricting access to the infringing content. We might also alert the supposed infringer, permitting them to file a counter-notification if warranted.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you think your content was mistakenly removed and does not violate copyrights, you can file a counter-notification. It must include identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury about the error, and your agreement to the jurisdiction of your location. Following verification, Podequit might reinstate the content.

Limitation of Liability

Podequit denies responsibility for copyright violations perpetrated by third parties who share or post content via external services. While we strive to eliminate infringing material upon suitable notification, we cannot ensure complete surveillance of all submissions.

Effective Date

This Copyright and DMCA Policy was last revised in January 2025 and will remain valid until further modification.
